Museum Fossil Excursion Day Trip

Our Museum Fossil Excursion Day Trips travel to the Black Belt of Alabama in search of vertebrate and invertebrate fossils from the Cretaceous Age. Participants of all ages should be prepared to get wet and muddy as we wade through shallow streams to collect shark teeth and other marine fossils from streambed gravel deposits. The UA Museum Club is hosting a Movie Night on Thursday, September 14 at 7:30 pm! Watch Everything Everywhere All At Once inside the beautiful Smith Hall Grand Gallery! Popcorn and chairs provided, but feel free to bring anything else to make watching the movie more comfortable!
