The Buzz About Bees

A new exhibit is flying to the Alabama Museum of Natural History. The Buzz about Bees is a collaborative exhibit with the Alabama Museum of Natural History, the West Alabama Beekeepers Association, and the UA Bee Club. Fossil Excursion

Fossil Excursion, formerly Shark’s Tooth Creek Fossils, is one of the museum’s most popular summer field trips. We travel to the Black Belt of Alabama in search of vertebrate and invertebrate fossils from the Cretaceous Age.
